Description
The City of Longueuil is soliciting competitive proposals for planting, maintaining, and watering annual flowers. The contract duration is 60 months, and award will be made to the compliant bidder offering the lowest proposed price. Solicitation documents and amendments must be obtained through Quebec's electronic tendering system. Paper submissions must be sealed, identified as specified in the tender documents, and delivered to Longueuil City Hall; electronic submissions are permitted only through the same electronic tendering system.
