Description
St. Louis Lambert International Airport is seeking repair and maintenance services for their AC chillers. The scope includes monthly inspections, quarterly refrigerant gas leak inspections, seasonal start-up and shutdown inspections, annual tube cleaning, annual chemical analysis, annual plate heat exchanger cleaning, and eddy current testing in year two. The contractor must provide all supervision, labor, tools, supplies, materials, equipment, and parts necessary to safely and properly inspect, test, perform repairs, adjustments, preventative maintenance, general maintenance, and emergency repairs on the chillers and chiller control systems. The contract term is three years from November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2029.
