Description
The Special School District of St. Louis County (SSD) is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for community opinion research and survey services. The selected firm will design and administer statistically valid surveys among registered voters within SSD boundaries, analyze data, and provide strategic recommendations. The scope includes research design, survey administration (telephone, cellphone, text-to-web, online panel, or mixed-mode), data analysis with demographic and geographic cross-tabulations, stakeholder interviews with district leadership and partner districts, and presentations to district leadership and the Board of Education. Deliverables include a community readiness assessment, executive summary, comprehensive written report, presentation materials, and raw anonymized survey data. The contract term is from execution through June 30, 2027, with potential extensions for additional phases.
