Description
The Special School District of St. Louis County (SSD) is issuing two RFPs for tax levy consulting services. The first RFP (SSD 100-27) is for a Tax Levy Survey, seeking a firm to conduct statistically valid public opinion research among registered voters within SSD boundaries, including survey design, administration, data analysis, and presentation of findings. The second RFP (SSD 101-27) is for Tax Levy Consulting Services, seeking a firm to provide strategic communications, community engagement, research, and planning support to assess community readiness for potential future funding initiatives. Both RFPs require the selected firm to have demonstrated experience with public school districts and governmental entities, and all deliverables become the property of SSD.
