Description
The project includes furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, testing, insurance, and incidentals required to complete stream crossing repairs under Contract No. SMTC-C046. Work includes installing 4-foot-diameter precast manholes; replacing existing sanitary sewer with 21-inch SDR 26 PVC pipe and 20-inch Class 50 ductile iron pipe; rehabilitating new ductile iron pipe with cured-in-place pipe lining; removing or abandoning existing sanitary sewers and concrete encasement; and installing reinforced concrete encasement and pipe supports. Additional work includes pre-construction surface video; pre- and post-construction internal CCTV sewer inspections; erosion and sediment controls; surface restoration, seeding and sodding, native seeding, and stream bank and stream bed stabilization with graded rock; bypass pumping; traffic control; and related appurtenances.
