Description
The project involves repairing stream crossings and sanitary sewer infrastructure. Work includes installing precast manholes, replacing sewer pipes with PVC and ductile iron pipe, lining ductile iron pipe with cured-in-place pipe, removing or abandoning existing sewers, and installing concrete encasement and pipe supports. The contractor must also perform pre- and post-construction sewer inspections, surface video, erosion and sediment control, bypass pumping, traffic control, and surface and stream-bed restoration, including seeding, sodding, and stabilization with graded rock. A bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required with the bid.
