The Unified Government is seeking on-call contracts across three service categories for environmental-services facilities: inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, and HVAC work; facility repairs, rehabilitation, and equipment replacement; and SCADA system maintenance and integration. The work covers wastewater, stormwater, and flood management facilities and may include pumps, sewage and sludge equipment, water and wastewater treatment equipment, and related building systems. A mandatory pre-proposal conference is scheduled for September 24, 2026, with three separate meetings corresponding to the service categories; the solicitation directs vendors to Article IV, Section 4 for the applicable times and details. The bid package identifies no bid bond requirement. Responses are due October 28, 2026, at 2:00 PM Central.
