Description
The Unified Government is seeking on-call contracts across three service categories for environmental-services facilities: inspection, preventive and corrective maintenance, and HVAC work; facility repairs, rehabilitation, and equipment replacement; and SCADA system maintenance and integration. The work covers wastewater, stormwater, and flood management facilities and may include pumps, sewage and sludge equipment, water and wastewater treatment equipment, and related building systems. The solicitation requires successful proposer(s) to provide all necessary resources in accordance with the scope of services, work, terms, and conditions specified in the RFP. The updated proposal due date is November 4, 2026.
