Description
The Town of Ocean City is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced vendors to complete the Northside Park Lobby Floor Replacement in accordance with the Proposal Documents. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their proposal documents are complete and accurate and for checking the Town's website for addenda before submission. A pre-proposal meeting and site survey are scheduled at Northside Park. The last day for questions is September 29, 2026, and sealed proposals are due by October 15, 2026, at 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time. Proposals will be publicly opened on October 16, 2026.
