Description
The Maryland Environmental Service is seeking a qualified contractor to provide sludge hauling services for four MES-operated wastewater treatment facilities: Albert Powell Fish Hatchery WWTP in Hagerstown, Foxville Gardens WWTP in Sabillasville, I-70 Rest Stop WWTP near South Mountain, and Town of Myersville WWTP. The scope covers hauling sludge from these facilities in Washington and Frederick Counties. This is a Small Business Reserve procurement. Only electronic bids submitted through the Maryland Environmental Service Procurement Portal will be accepted; mailed, emailed, faxed, and hand-delivered paper bids will not be accepted. The solicitation identifies Benjamin Trego as the procurement officer and states that bid tabulation will be posted after the electronic public bid opening.
