Description
Wood County is soliciting bids for resurfacing portions of Linwood Road and Emerson Road across Center, Freedom, Montgomery, and Portage Townships. The work includes pavement repair, pavement planing, non-tracking tack coat, stabilized crushed aggregate, asphalt concrete intermediate and surface courses, centerline and edge-line markings, stop-line markings, traffic maintenance, and mobilization. The engineer's estimate is $644,900. Bidders must be prequalified by the Ohio Department of Transportation at bidding, award, and throughout the construction contract, and must comply with Ohio prevailing-wage requirements. The project must be completed by November 6, 2026. Waste materials must be disposed of at the Wood County Landfill. The bid package includes a county proposal form, bid guaranty requirements, insurance requirements, and other affidavits and certifications.
