Legal Notice Bid 2027-02 SUNY Broome Community College Decker Hall ? Dental Renovations 907 Front Street Binghamton, NY 13905 PLUMBING CONTRACT BID: Note: This Bid Advertisement applies only to the Plumbing Contract (PC) scope. Refer to the Contract Documents for the plumbing scope of this project. Sealed Bids for the Decker Hall - Dental Renovations Project as set out in the Contract Documents for this Project, will be received by SUNY Broome Community College's Purchasing Office, 907 Front Street, Bldg. 135 - Campus Services, Binghamton, New York, 13905 until October 19th, 2026, at 10:00 am local time. Bids will be publicly opened and read October 19th, 2026, at 10:30 am. ALL QUESTIONS/RFIs SHOULD BE ISSUED IN WRITING TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS: campbellrj@sunybroome.edu. NO QUESTIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER TUESDAY OCTOBER 13, 2026, at 2:00 pm. The Notice to Bidders that the Contract Documents (including but not limited to the digital drawings, specifications, and previous bid addendums) may be obtained digitally Monday through Friday between the hours of 8am- 5pm at 907 Front Street, Bldg.# 135 Campus Services Building, Purchasing Office, Binghamton, New York 13905. Construction sets will be available starting Wednesday, September 30th, 2026, at the Purchasing Office. The Contract Documents can be picked up digitally through the Purchasing Office on a thumb drive. Documents can also be provided digitally via email. If requesting digital copies of the Contract Documents via email, please first register with Randy Campbell in the Purchasing Office via email at campbellrj@sunybroome.edu. Once registered, the Contract Documents will be provided digitally by LaBella Associates via Jay Price at email jprice@labellapc.com. Failure to register releases the soliciting agency from any and all responsibility for advising the Registered User of any changes to the bid solicitation, or to the existence of supplemental information which may become available. Description
SUNY Broome Community College is soliciting bids from qualified prime contractors for the plumbing contract associated with Decker Hall dental renovations. The contractor must provide all labor, materials, equipment, and associated costs necessary to complete the plumbing scope. The work includes reconfiguring existing dental hygiene support spaces, redistributing and reconfiguring plumbing infrastructure to serve multiple open dental operatory bays, and renovating bathrooms and locker rooms. The solicitation is for the plumbing scope only. A 3.50% Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) goal applies.
