Description
Stanly Community College is seeking a commissioning agent for a new approximately 30,000-square-foot Public Services Building. The scope includes reviewing components, equipment submittals, and plans prepared by the architect and contractor; performing testing, balancing, startup, and adjustments in accordance with applicable North Carolina public-building statutes; and reviewing operations and maintenance manuals, project as-builts, and other project documentation. The commissioning agent must provide commissioning reports to the owner before project closeout. The advertisement identifies a total project budget of $16,850,000 and states that a letter of interest must be submitted electronically through the state eVP system.
