Description
The City of Charlotte is seeking one or more qualified staffing companies to provide temporary, work-ready laborers for Solid Waste Services. Personnel will support regular operations, seasonal increases in workload, special projects, and other temporary staffing needs, performing general manual labor safely under the direction of designated City personnel. The anticipated staffing level is approximately 40 to 60 laborers per day, with an expected minimum of approximately 40 laborers per day. Staffing needs may vary based on workload, season, weather, operating conditions, work location, shift, and other City requirements. The submission requires a proposal, price sheet, references, SBE utilization form, company background and additional questions, Byrd Anti-Lobbying Certification, Certification Regarding Debarment, Non-Discrimination Form, and required portal acknowledgments. An Exceptions Form is optional.
