Description
The City of Charlotte is requesting a contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials for grounds maintenance at city-owned cemeteries. The scope includes turf maintenance, edging, cleanup of grass, leaves, trash, and debris, ornamental tree care, shrub and groundcover maintenance, mulching, insect, disease, and weed control, and storm debris removal. The submission requires a proposed solution, proposal submission form, license requirements, equipment list, key staff and resources, price schedule, references form, certification regarding debarment, and Byrd Anti-Lobbying Certification. Contract exceptions are optional, and the portal also identifies optional company-background and environmental-purchasing questionnaires.
