Description
The City of Charlotte is seeking on-call outside counsel for CATS across multiple substantive legal areas. Services include legal analyses; oral and written opinions and advice; drafting legal documents and instruments such as contracts, leases, rules, and procedures; and representation before trial and appellate courts, administrative agencies, arbitrators, and other tribunals as necessary. Proposals must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized electronically through the City of Charlotte Procurement Portal before the posted due date. Vendors must register through the portal to access the solicitation, submit questions, and submit responses. The project number is 269-2027-2219.
