LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Queen Creek, Arizona will receive sealed Proposals for RFQ No. 27-005 Ellsworth Assessment and Recommendations. Project Summary: The Town of Queen Creek is seeking a design team to review and assess the existing Ellsworth Road corridor from Walnut Road on the north to Ellsworth Loop Road on the south and provide recommendations for developing a comprehensive and cohesive roadway corridor that balances transportation needs, including multi-modal transportation options. Proposals: The Town will accept sealed proposals on or before 3:00 P.M. local time on Tuesday, August 25, 2026 through the link provided in the Request for Qualifications No. 27-005. Immediately thereafter responses will be electronically opened and the name of each Respondent will be posted to the Town's e-procurement platform, OpenGov, on the project page. Proposals must include all information items listed in the Request for Qualifications (RFQ). Proposals received after the date and time prescribed for the opening of proposal, or not submitted in the designated manner, will not be accepted, opened, or considered. NO EMAILED, FAXED, MAILED OR HAND-DELIVERED SUBMITTALS WILL BE ACCEPTED. Documents can be obtained from the Town of Queen Creek's E-Procurement Portal at https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/queencreekaz Each Proposal shall be in accordance with specifications and instructions contained therein. Description

The Town of Queen Creek is seeking a design team to review and assess the existing Ellsworth Road corridor from Walnut Road on the north to Ellsworth Loop Road on the south. The selected team will develop recommendations for a comprehensive and cohesive corridor that balances transportation needs, including multi-modal transportation options, using the Town’s existing right-of-way, property, and thematic features where applicable. The proposed improvements will not be delivered as one overall project. Instead, implementation is expected to occur over time through the Town’s Capital Improvement Program and future private development.
