The Town of Gilbert is seeking statements of qualifications from qualified project management/construction management firms for a construction manager at risk project covering the design and construction of Western Powerline Trail Phases 6 and 7. The project will extend approximately three miles from the east side of Lindsay Road to the east side of Recker Road and will include a 10- to 12-foot paved multi-use pathway, landscaping, and lighting. Statements of qualifications must include all information items listed in the Request for Qualifications in the specified order and must be submitted as one PC-readable, non-password-protected PDF through the Town of Gilbert electronic bidding platform. A virtual pre-submittal conference will be held via Microsoft Teams on September 15, 2026; attendance is highly recommended but is not stated as mandatory. Minority- and women-owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit.
