Description
The Westmorland Union Elementary School District is requesting proposals for pre-construction and lease-leaseback services for the construction of a school gymnasium and ELOP modular building site improvements. The project includes two scopes of work with a combined construction budget of $8 million. The selected contractor will provide pre-construction services including constructability reviews, cost estimating, value engineering, scheduling, and coordination with the architect.
