Description
The Village of Montpelier Water Department is conducting its annual fire hydrant flushing and flow-testing program. The work is scheduled to take place from July 20, 2026 through July 31, 2026. During this period, water customers may experience temporary water discoloration, which is safe to drink but may stain laundry. The water should clear within 30 minutes after flushing in the area is complete.
