Description
Eastern Howard School Corporation, with Hagerman, Inc. acting as the Constructor, is soliciting bids for the Softball Fields and Parking Lot Project. The project is located at 622 S 850 E, Greentown, IN 46936. All prospective bidders are required to be pre-qualified through Hagerman, Inc. to be eligible to bid and to receive bidding documents. Direct all correspondence to Hagerman, Inc.'s designated points of contact: Houston Pattee (Project Estimating) and Joshua Pinney (Project Manager), located at 510 W. Washington Blvd., Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Any direct contact with the Owner, Owner's Representative, Architect, or Engineer regarding the bid may lead to disqualification. A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Wednesday, June 17th, at 1:00 PM local time at the project site (622 S 850 E, Greentown, IN 46936). Attendance is encouraged for all interested Subcontractors and Suppliers. Failure to conduct a thorough onsite inspection may result in the rejection of additional costs. Bids must be submitted no later than Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at 1:00 PM local time, and cannot be submitted earlier than 8:00 AM local time. Bids must be delivered, signed, and sealed to Jennifer Smith at the Eastern Howard School Corporation admin building, located at 221 W Main St #1, Greentown, IN 46936. A public bid opening will commence immediately at this location following the submission deadline. Bid Documents are available through Building Connected; please contact Hagerman, Inc. for access.
