Description
SUNY Upstate Medical University intends to procure PuraStat 3ml Syringe, PuraStat Syringe Adapter, and PuraStat Catheter, or equivalent products. This procurement is being conducted under New York State Education Law, allowing for purchases without a formal competitive process under certain circumstances. Therefore, a sealed bid will not be held. Interested vendors who can provide these or equivalent items must contact Honey-Beth Nelson via email at nelsonho@upstate.edu within 15 business days of the advertisement notice. Vendors are cautioned that this is the only permissible contact for this procurement, and failure to comply may result in contract non-award or debarment from sales to any New York State Agency. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms, and complete applicable documents related to Vendor Responsibility and New York State's Tax Law Section 5-a.
