Description
The USPFO for Ohio is soliciting bids for a firm-fixed-price contract to perform ramp alterations at the 180th Fighter Wing, Swanton, Ohio Air National Guard Base. The project involves the demolition and removal of existing buildings (115, 131, 133, tent structure 321), abandoned electrical components, guardrail, fencing, and concrete and asphalt areas. It also includes the purchase and installation of stormwater control structures, electrical conduit and wiring for new fabric shelters, a new concrete access road, a concrete tent pad, and an asphalt shoulder patch. Two new tensioned fabric shelters with liners, electrical equipment, interior lights, and doors will be installed, with one shelter featuring dehumidification equipment. The contract duration is 180 calendar days from the notice to proceed. This project is set aside 100% for Small Business. The NAICS code is 238110, with a size standard of $19,000,000.00.
