Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Palo Alto Health Care System requires a KAIRISON Pneumatic Bone Punch system, including handles, detachable shafts, pressure reducers, air hoses, storage baskets, container components, and accessories. This system is intended for neurosurgical procedures, specifically spinal decompressions, to efficiently remove bone and tissue while reducing surgeon fatigue. The procurement is subject to the Buy American Act, and all items must be FDA approved. Vendors are required to provide documentation demonstrating their capability, including past experience, business size, socio-economic status, and any relevant GSA Federal Supply Schedule contracts. An Authorized Distributor Letter from the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) will be required unless the vendor is the OEM.
