Description
The New Castle Community School Corporation (NCCSC) is soliciting proposals for the sale and installation of video display systems at three locations: the New Castle Fieldhouse, Neal Field, and Bundy Auditorium. The systems should utilize high-reliability LED technology, such as Flip-Chip Chip-on-Board (COB), with a proprietary matte-black, non-reflective surface protection. Key performance metrics include wide viewing angles (160 degrees) with minimal color shift, and elevated brightness options (600-1000 nits). Specific requirements vary by location. The New Castle Fieldhouse needs a video display system (Daktronics LPN-2.5MM or equivalent) with associated timing displays and infrastructure. Neal Field requires a high-performance outdoor video display (Daktronics LVX-16MT or equivalent) with an arched truss structure for signage. Bundy Auditorium requires two 12' x 6' LED screens configured for side-wall installation. Proposals must account for infrastructure needs including dedicated power circuits and high-speed data cabling. Installation efficiency, modular designs for maintenance, and sustainability features such as energy savings and thermal dissipation are also important considerations. Offerors must include information on their experience with similar projects.
