Description
The Trustees of Indiana University are soliciting electronic bids for the replacement of a cooling tower at Wiekamp Hall, located on the Indiana University South Bend campus. This project, identified as IU 20250610, requires a unified bid encompassing General, Mechanical, and Electrical Construction work. Bidding documents will be available starting June 4, 2026. Bidders must register and submit their proposals electronically via www.iuplanroom.com by 2:00 P.M. Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Late bids will not be accepted. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security of 5% of the total bid, and a contractor's written drug testing program compliant with Indiana Code 4-13-18. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive any irregularities. The Base Bid may be held for up to sixty days, and Alternate Bids for up to ninety days, before award.
