Description
The Indian Health Service (IHS), Albuquerque Area Office (AAO) Santa Fe Indian Health Center (SFIHC), has a requirement for Instruments and Supplies for the Central Supply Department. This is a combined synopsis for commercial items or services. The solicitation will result in a single award with a base period plus four option periods. The contract will be a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Purchase Order. The requirement includes surgical and clinical instruments as listed in the attached instrument list, as well as associated services such as scheduled replacements, repair services, instrument sharpening, warranty coverage, preventive servicing, and sterilization tray compatibility support. Instruments must be new, unused, free from defects, manufactured from surgical-grade stainless steel, meet applicable FDA regulations, ISO manufacturing standards, and ASTM surgical instrument standards where applicable. They must also be autoclavable, compatible with steam sterilization, corrosion-resistant, and suitable for repeated sterilization cycles. The contract requires registration with sam.gov and an active UEI number. Invoices must be submitted electronically via the Invoice Processing Platform (IPP).
