Description
The Trustees of Indiana University are soliciting electronic bids for the replacement of rooftop units (RTUs) at their Elkhart Center, located in Elkhart, Indiana. This project requires a unified bid for all construction work, including General, Mechanical, and Electrical. Bidding documents will be available starting June 4, 2026. Bidders must register and submit their bids electronically via www.iuplanroom.com by 2:00 PM Eastern Time on Wednesday, July 1, 2026. Bid results will be published on the same platform. Each bid must include a completed Minority, Women's and Veteran's Business Enterprise Participation Plan, a bid security of 5% of the total bid, and the contractor's written drug testing program compliant with IC 4-13-18. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any bid and waive irregularities. The base bid may be held for up to sixty days, and alternate bids for up to ninety days, before award.
