The Marion Board of Aviation Commissioners is soliciting bids for the Four Unit T-Hangar Expansion project. This project involves the construction of a four-unit pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) with aircraft doors, electrical service, lighting, heating and ventilation systems, and reinforced concrete foundations. The selected contractor will be responsible for the complete design and engineering of the building system and foundations, including all necessary drawings and calculations for permitting, fabrication, and construction. Bidding documents are available electronically through QuestCDN.com (Quest Number 10238111) for a fee of $22.00. Prospective bidders are encouraged to register and download the documents to receive automatic updates. Electronic bids can also be submitted through QuestCDN for a fee of $42.00. A voluntary pre-bid conference will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams on Tuesday, June 23, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. EST.
