Description
The City of Akron is soliciting bids from suppliers to furnish a 3D terrestrial laser scanning system under fixed pricing. The supplier must guarantee delivery, provide the items FOB delivered to the location designated on the purchase order, and include any applicable product brochures, samples, detailed specifications, alternate quotes, or written exceptions with the bid. All manufacturers’ warranty information and material-quality and workmanship warranties must also be included. The City will purchase from the lowest and best responsible bidder or bidders and may split the award. The items will be inspected and tested before acceptance, and the City may reject defective or nonconforming items. A bid or performance bond is expressly not required. Each bidder must submit a completed IRS Form W-9 and provide its Federal Tax Identification Number.
