Description
Dallas Independent School District is soliciting vendors to provide event and tradeshow rentals, digital multimedia services, virtual event platform services, and audio/visual rental equipment and services on an as-needed, district-wide basis. The opportunity may support local, state, federal, and grant-funded programs, and multiple vendors may be awarded. The agreement is for a three-year base term with two successive one-year extensions by mutual consent, for a maximum total term of five years.
