Description
The United States Marshals Service intends to procure eight used 2026 Chevrolet Silverado Crew Cab short-bed 4WD vehicles with Max Trailering Commercial equipment, or equivalent SUVs. Required features include a 5.3L EcoTec3 V8 engine with specified fuel-management and injection technologies, four-wheel drive, heavy-duty cooling and air filtration, remote entry and start, power features, emergency braking, blind-spot detection, and third-row power-fold seats. Vehicles must comply with Buy American requirements and may not have panoramic sunroofs. Dealers may not affix decals, logos, or other identification items to the vehicles. The notice identifies Chevrolet vehicles as the target brand to maintain fleet uniformity and states that the procurement will use simplified procedures for commercial items.
