Description
Highland Park Independent School District is seeking multiple qualified vendors to form an as-needed pool for supplementary landscaping and grounds maintenance. Required work may include mowing, edging, trimming, debris and litter removal, mulching, plant installation and maintenance, seeding and sod, aeration and dethatching, fence-line clearing and repair, brush removal, pressure washing, irrigation system repair, site improvements, tree pruning and planting, and stump removal. Vendors must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, licenses, insurance, and permits required for assigned projects, and must submit project-specific cost proposals before work begins. Services will be performed across District schools, administrative buildings, and other facilities. The solicitation contemplates a three-year contract with two additional one-year renewal terms and a possible month-to-month extension of up to six months. Work will be issued through purchase orders on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed volume. Responses must be submitted through the IonWave portal; email submissions are not accepted.
