Description
Dallas County is soliciting a five-year service price agreement for the as-needed purchase, customization, production, packaging, shipping, and delivery of promotional and outreach items for county departments. Products may include writing instruments, notebooks, bags, lanyards, drinkware, school kits, flash drives, phone accessories, event giveaways, safety and wellness items, apparel, and seasonal or specialty products. The contractor must provide artwork preparation, typesetting, electronic proofs, setup, and multiple imprinting methods, including screen printing, embroidery, laser engraving, pad printing, digital printing, heat transfer, full-color process printing, and debossing or embossing. Orders will vary in quantity, specifications, artwork, and delivery location. The contractor must provide an electronic product catalog, acknowledge orders within one business day, deliver most orders within 14 calendar days, provide inside delivery on an F.O.B. destination basis, and furnish at least three recent comparable reference letters. The bid must include the required cost sheet and mandatory Small Business Enterprise forms.
