Description
The Trinity River Authority of Texas is seeking an annual supply of industrial network equipment and related parts, including Cisco IE-3300 and IE3500 Ethernet switches, Ethernet and SFP expansion modules, 100 FX and 1000Base SFP modules, rugged power modules, and 16GB SD cards. The bid lists 14 line items with specified estimated quantities and part numbers; equivalent products may be proposed if their manufacturer, part number, brand or trade name, and equivalency are fully documented. Pricing must be entered in the Procureware pricing tab and also provided on the bid specification form. The bid specification form, Texas Resident Bidder Certification, and Conflict of Interest Questionnaire must be completed, signed, and submitted; the HUB Status Form is required if applicable. The contract term is one year, from January 1 through December 31, 2027, with orders issued by purchase order and quantities described as estimates rather than guaranteed purchases. Delivery is to the Authority's designated facility, and bidders must state delivery time. Insurance certificates are required from the successful bidder after award, not with the bid submission.
