Description
The City of Dallas Sanitation Department is seeking a qualified firm to develop and execute a residential recycling public education campaign focused on behavior change. The campaign is intended to increase recycling participation and improve the quality of materials entering the recycling stream. The submission package includes a proposal response, campaign bid sheet, pricing bid tables, a redlined sample contract, standard forms, and required Business Enterprise Hub forms, including SBE-related documentation, local participation and workforce impact information, utilization and local economic impact commitments, engagement and past-commitment information, and a subcontractor intent form. The solicitation also requires acknowledgment of the City's general terms, ethics requirements, and insurance requirements.
