Texas A&M University and the Texas A&M Engineering Extension Service are seeking one or more vendors to establish a master order pool for apparel blanks used by digital printing services. Requested products include caps, polos, T-shirts, moisture-wicking shirts, fishing shirts, cargo pants, jackets, sweatshirts, and similar apparel, with various sizes, colors, and brands. Tops must be available in sizes S through 6X. Vendors must bid a percentage discount off catalog list prices and provide list price, discounted amount, and final price for each requested order. Texas A&M guarantees no minimum quantities, and orders will be placed as needed. Vendors must submit descriptive literature and specifications for all products offered, provide delivery lead times, and deliver F.O.B. destination, freight prepaid and allowed. The original term runs from award through August 31, 2028, with up to three mutually agreed one-year renewals.
