Description
Ulster County is seeking quotes to establish pricing for screen-printed t-shirts and sweatshirts for its Department of Public Works and other County departments. The solicitation covers multiple garment types, including short- and long-sleeve shirts, pocket and pocketless styles, tall and big-and-tall sizes, high-visibility shirts, crewneck sweatshirts, and zip-up hoodies. Garments must meet specified colors and styles; unisex garments are not acceptable, and equivalent products must be approved. Direct-to-film printing is not accepted; required decoration is screen printing or silk-screening. The contract covers estimated annual quantities ordered by individual departments on an as-needed basis, with no minimum annual purchase quantity guaranteed. The initial term runs from January 1 through December 31, 2027, with up to two additional one-year terms. Orders generally require delivery within ten days, and backorders are subject to penalties and cost-difference provisions. Bidders must submit pricing, product specifications or catalog/model references for proposed items, a screen-printing sample, and the required forms. The addendum also provides historical ordering quantities and prior solicitation pricing for reference.
