Description
San Mateo County’s Technology Services Department is soliciting bids from an HPE-authorized channel partner for a three-year renewal of Aruba Foundation Care and Advanced Care. The scope covers Aruba licenses, maintenance support, technical support, and timely updates for the County’s listed Aruba access points, gateways, controllers, switches, appliances, sensors, and related licenses. Bidders must complete the three-year pricing bid table with annual pricing and upload a formal competitive quotation identifying lead times and applicable freight or delivery costs. The County will evaluate total bid price, conformity to specifications, and product availability, and expects to issue a purchase order to the lowest responsive, responsible, and authorized vendor. Required submissions include the completed electronic bid responses, formal quotation, SAM registration report or snapshot, and applicable certificates or licenses; a current-year W-9 is required if the proposer has not conducted business with the County within the preceding six months.
