Description
The Town of Colonie, through its Department of Public Works, Division of Pure Waters, is soliciting sealed bids for standby plumbing services. The solicitation requires bidders to submit the completed pages marked “TO BE SUBMITTED,” any other required documents, and bid security if required. Each bid must include either a certified check or bid bond equal to 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder must provide a 100% performance bond and a labor and materials payment bond equal to the full bid amount at contract execution, unless an approved alternative to the performance bond is accepted. The successful bidder must also provide insurance and other contract-required security within seven days after notification of acceptance.
