Description
Unified Fire Authority is soliciting proposals for construction and enhancement of its existing Search Prop training structure at the UFA Training Facility. The project includes completing a second floor, adding two 40-foot Connex containers on the east side of the first floor, constructing two connecting staircases, installing designated walls, and providing all required structural framing, connections, fasteners, doors, windows, labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidental work. UFA will provide the Connex containers and crane service for their placement. The contractor must provide qualified personnel for rigging, connections, and incorporation of the containers into the completed structure. Proposals must include the required response cover sheet, pricing, approach, qualifications, and at least two comparable project references completed within the past five years, including client and contact information. A mandatory pre-proposal conference and site meeting is required, and the solicitation states that electronic quotations must be submitted through Bonfire.
