Description
The State of West Virginia, through the West Virginia Purchasing Division and on behalf of the West Virginia Schools for the Deaf and the Blind, is soliciting bids for the purchase and installation of up to 50 interior security cameras, up to five exterior security cameras, and three 360-degree four-headed cameras. Specified or equal equipment must include surveillance, audio, motion analytics, machine-learning object detection, encrypted storage, wireless connectivity, cloud-based management, remote access, and minimum five-year software, cloud, and device licensing. The vendor must furnish all materials, labor, equipment, incidental work, and related construction services. The scope also includes camera placement coordination and adjustment, basic system orientation and training, user and administrator documentation, training materials, license and warranty information, and warranty and technical-support contact information. Bidders must complete the pricing section and identify manufacturer and model information with supporting documentation for any proposed equal products. A valid bid bond equal to 5% of the total bid is required with the bid; performance and labor/material payment bonds are required from the apparent successful vendor before award. The solicitation also includes construction-related licensing, drug-free workplace, subcontractor-list, and other compliance requirements.
