Description
San Bernardino County's Special Districts Department, Sanitation Division, is requesting professional engineering services for the CSA 70 BL (Bloomington) Septic-to-Sewer Expansion Project. The solicitation identifies civil engineering, sewage collection, treatment and disposal engineering, and geotechnical engineering as requested service categories. The procurement includes project-specific exhibits addressing prevailing wage requirements, the project facilities location map, a draft sewer master plan, sewer improvement plans, a sample contract, a right-of-way quality assurance and quality control checklist, and topographic standards. A mandatory proposal conference will be conducted via Microsoft Teams, with the meeting link provided in the RFP.
