Description
Headquarters Supreme Allied Commander Transformation seeks a single PeopleCert-accredited training organization to deliver six firm-fixed-price P3M course iterations per calendar year: two Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) courses, one PRINCE2 Project Management course, and three Management of Risk (MoR) courses. Each iteration must accommodate 16 delegates and provide five consecutive days of instructor-led training capable of progressing students from zero baseline knowledge to Practitioner level. The contractor must provide digital pre-course materials, genuine physical PeopleCert courseware, official paper-based Foundation and Practitioner examinations administered and proctored on site, and post-course attendance and examination reporting. Proposed providers must demonstrate active PeopleCert accreditation for all required courses, qualified PeopleCert Approved Trainers with at least three years of relevant experience, and at least three comparable P3M training contracts completed within the past five years. The contract is scheduled for 2027 through 2031, consisting of a 2027 base period and four 12-month option periods. Online delivery may be required during qualifying disruptions at no additional cost.
