Description
Minnesota Direct Care and Treatment is seeking a qualified provider to develop and deliver Lean Six Sigma certification programs at the Yellow, Green, Black, and Master Black Belt levels for DCT employees. Training may be delivered virtually through Microsoft Teams, in person, or in a hybrid format. The work includes interactive exercises, case simulations, real-life examples, theory, breakout activities, certification assessments, participant certificates, and post-course summaries. Green Belt and Black Belt programs must include project-based pathways and coaching or mentorship; Green Belt participants may receive up to six hours of support each, Black Belt participants up to eight hours, and Master Black Belt participants up to ten hours. Responders must demonstrate at least two years of experience leading Lean Six Sigma training and two years facilitating continuous-improvement training in a healthcare, nonprofit, or government agency. Proposals must include a work plan, deliverables, course syllabi and schedules for each belt level, qualifications and personnel experience, two completed reference forms, cost detail, and the specified responder declarations, exceptions form, cost proposal, and responder forms. Pricing must be firm and fixed on a per-participant basis and include instruction, materials, examinations, certification fees, and incidental costs.
