Description
This Sources Sought/Notice of Intent to Sole Source concerns six live soft-skills training sessions for approximately 220 civilian and 30 military staff members of the Office of Army Cemeteries and Army National Military Cemeteries. The sessions cover The Ten Soft Skills You Need; civility in the workplace and conflict resolution; emotional intelligence; goal setting and getting things done; managing workplace anxiety; and handling difficult people/conversations. Training must be delivered through Microsoft Teams on the specified dates from December 1, 2026, through September 7, 2027. The vendor must provide all training materials, meet the stated period of performance, and be accredited through the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET). The proposed instructor must have a doctorate in management and organizational leadership or an equivalent credential and prior Department of Defense affiliation or equivalent experience. This notice is for market research; the Government may issue a competitive set-aside solicitation based on responses and intends to pursue a sole-source purchase order absent capable alternatives.
