Description
Texas City Independent School District is accepting proposals for staff development services and related products. Respondents must describe the types of services they provide and submit applicable service rates, along with required vendor information, certifications, conflict-of-interest documentation, Form 1295, W-9, and CIQ materials. The solicitation includes requirements concerning criminal-history checks for personnel who have continuing duties involving students, compliance certifications, purchasing-cooperative participation, three company references, ordering and payment terms, and applicable federal-award provisions. Responses may be submitted online through the procurement system; hard-copy proposals may alternatively be sealed and delivered to the district's Purchasing Department.
