Description
Centre de services scolaire Marie-Victorin is seeking a contractor to provide the chemical-maintenance component of maintenance programs for six water-cooling towers located at five school facilities. Services must comply with Quebec building-safety requirements governing water-cooling-tower installations and are intended to minimize contamination risks, including Legionella pneumophila. The solicitation is based solely on price and requires proof of laboratory accreditation for domain 606, proof of civil-liability insurance of CAD 5,000,000 per event, and a bid guarantee equal to 5% of the total proposed price. The contract term is three years, from contract award through November 30, 2029. An optional site visit is scheduled for October 26, 2026.
