Description
The DeSoto Parish School Board is soliciting lump-sum bids for renovations to the Logansport High School gym HVAC system. The work includes removing air-handling units, ductwork, piping, and controls, followed by installation of packaged air-conditioning units, ductwork, hydronic piping, controls, electrical systems, and related structural work. Bidders must hold the required Louisiana Mechanical contractor license and attend the mandatory pre-bid conference in its entirety. A bid security equal to 5% of the base bid and additive alternates is required. The successful bidder must furnish 100% performance and payment bonds.
