Description
The City of Shreveport is soliciting bids for rehabilitation of Kings Highway from Centenary Boulevard to Holly Street. The work includes removal and replacement of selected concrete pavement panels; roadway excavation, select fill, geogrid, crushed stone base, and eight-inch Portland cement concrete pavement; concrete curb and gutter, sidewalks, handicap-accessible curb ramps, topsoil, and sod; milling and installation of a 1-1/2-inch asphaltic concrete overlay; joint cleaning and resealing; saw cutting; temporary traffic control; pavement signs, markers, delineators, thermoplastic pavement markings, and pedestrian improvements including rapid flashing beacon assemblies and pedestrian push-button assemblies.
