Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs intends to negotiate a sole-source, firm-fixed-price service plan for the Elekta Mosaiq Record & Verify application and Elekta Versa HD linear accelerator system supporting Radiation Oncology. The covered services include remedial maintenance, technical support, software and license updates, upgrades, two preventive-maintenance inspections per year, and service coverage for associated accelerator, imaging, hardware, computer, and server components. The agreement includes a 99% uptime guarantee and service reporting requirements. The planned period consists of a 12-month base period from February 26, 2027, through February 25, 2028, followed by four 12-month option periods. This is a notice of intent to sole source rather than a request for competitive quotes; interested parties may submit written capability information for the agency's consideration in determining whether competition is warranted.
